Cancellation Policy

Laundry Pickup & Drop-Off Service Schedule Your Pickup Book online or by phone at a time that works for you. Please have your laundry bagged and ready. All orders must meet a $50 minimum before delivery fees. Missed pickups may require rescheduling and may incur an additional fee. Pricing $2.50 per pound (wash, dry, fold) Delivery Fee: $10 per order Blanket Pricing: Small Blanket Set – $20 Queen Blanket – $25 King Blanket – $30 Basic laundry items only – no dry-cleaning accepted. Weighing & Invoicing Laundry is weighed after pickup. An invoice will be sent to the email or phone number provided during booking. Payment is required before or at delivery unless enrolled in a recurring plan. Detergent Options Regular detergent (Tide) is included. Allergy-free detergent available upon request. Turnaround Time Same-day service available depending on laundry size. Standard turnaround: 24 hours. High-volume periods may require 24–48 hours. Delivery & Confirmation Laundry is delivered directly to your door. A confirmation picture of delivered items is sent to the phone number on file. Cancellations & Fees Cancel at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations incur a $10 cancellation fee, which will be invoiced. Damaged or Missing Items We handle items with care but are not responsible for pre-existing damage, manufacturer defects, or undisclosed delicate items. Concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Payment Options One-time payment at delivery or via invoice. Bi-weekly and monthly recurring plans available for regular customers.
