We Pick-Up
We pick up and deliver Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays. You don’t even have to be home. We always pick up and deliver between 10am to 5pm

We Clean
Lights and darks are separated, and all your clothes are washed using cold water and then neatly folded, ready for delivery.

We Deliver
On the day of your scheduled delivery, we’ll text to remind you that your Valet will arrive between 8 pm and 10 pm for delivery.

Do I have to be home?
No! We’re all about convenience. Just put your clothes out after you order and go on with your day. We’ll pick up your clothes, wash, dry, fold, and deliver them clean and fresh next day.

When is the latest I could schedule a pick up?
We pick up laundry Tuesdays, Thursdays & Saturdays from 10am-5pm. Some items may qualify for same day drop- off, it all depends on the loads of laundry(we will let you know). We offer next day drop-off usually around the same time as pickup

When is it weighed?
After your laundry is washed, dried, folded, and packed, it’ll be weighed. Feel free to verify the weight after delivery.
If you want to estimate the weight before placing your order, you can use a simple bathroom scale. Or, just eye-ball it…an average size hamper is about 10 pounds of laundry.

Why would you? That’s our job. Your job is to tap and order. We take care of everything else.
